TERMS & CONDITIONS - KEY TERMS

PRICING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Flagship Trails
Culinary Heritage Trail and Weaving Mastery Trail
18 days / 17 nights
Fee: $6,820 per person
Single Traveller: $7,520 per person (+$700 supplement)
Payment: 30% deposit due within 7 days of booking confirmation. 70% balance due 45 days before start.
Cancellation:
- 60+ days: full refund minus 10% admin fee
- 45-60 days: 50% refund
- Less than 45 days: no refund
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to preetha@azconsult.in
Immersion Trails
Culinary Immersion and Weaving Immersion
9 to 10 days
Fee:
Culinary Immersion: $4,500 per person (10 days / 9 nights)
Weaving Immersion: $3,770 per person (9 days / 8 nights)
Single Traveller: To confirm
Payment: 30% deposit due within 7 days of booking confirmation. 70% balance due 45 days before start.
Cancellation: To confirm. This may mirror the Flagship Trails cancellation terms.
Day Trails
Forest Craft Experience, Forest Kitchen, Luxury Carpet Studio, Iconic Kerala Kitchen, and North Malabar Heritage Table
Single day
Fee:
Forest Craft Experience, Forest Kitchen, and North Malabar Heritage Table: $720 per person, per day
Luxury Carpet Studio and Iconic Kerala Kitchen: $620 per person, per day
Single Traveller: Full room cost (single occupancy supplement)
Payment: To confirm
Cancellation: To confirm. This is likely to follow a shorter cancellation horizon than the longer trail formats.
GROUP SIZE
Minimum: 2 participants | Maximum: 8 participants
If minimum is not met, you may:
- Proceed as single traveller (pay $700 supplement)
- Transfer to alternative trail start date
- Receive full refund
CHANGES TO BOOKING
Changes to trail start dates or trails permitted up to 45 days before program start (subject to availability, no fee). After this deadline, no changes permitted.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 18 years minimum
- Fitness: Moderate activity level (standing, walking, daily mobility)
- Travel Insurance: MANDATORY - Proof required 10 days before arrival. No insurance = no participation, no refund.
- Travel Documents: Valid passport (6 months validity) and Indian visa
