TERMS & CONDITIONS - KEY TERMS

PRICING & PAYMENT
Program Fee
$6,820 per person (18 days / 17 nights)
Single Traveler
$7,520 per person (+$700 supplement)
Payment Schedule
Deposit (30%): $2,046 due within 7 days of booking confirmation.
Balance (70%): $4,774 due 45 days before program start.
Payment Method
Bank transfer (local currency equivalent accepted)
CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 60 days before start: Full refund minus 10% admin fee
- 45-60 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 45 days before start: No refund
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to preetha@azconsult.in
GROUP SIZE
Minimum: 2 participants | Maximum: 8 participants
If minimum is not met, you may:
- Proceed as single traveler (pay $700 supplement)
- Transfer to alternative cohort date
- Receive full refund
CHANGES TO BOOKING
Changes to cohort dates or trails permitted up to 45 days before program start (subject to availability, no fee). After this deadline, no changes permitted.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 18 years minimum
- Fitness: Moderate activity level (standing, walking, daily mobility)
- Travel Insurance: MANDATORY - Proof required 10 days before arrival. No insurance = no participation, no refund.
- Travel Documents: Valid passport (6 months validity) and Indian visa
